Do you have a KPN connection? Or do you (also) receive a telephone bill from KPN?
Please note: At present FREETEL.nl is only available for customers with a normal KPN connection (anyone with a BelBasis or BelPlus subscription).
If you have a BelBudget subscription then unfortunately it is not possible to register with FREETEL.nl.
